North Lanarkshire Leisure accepts the following payment methods:

Refunds Policy

Customers will have the right to cancel any agreement made online within 14 days of the date which the contract has been entered into by contacting the membership enquires office.  The date of cancellation will be accepted as the date at which the customer first makes contact. 

Upon cancellation within this period customers will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.  Refunds will automatically be made via bank transfer, a cheque may also be provided on request from the customer.

Exclusions
In cases where a customer has made use of the services within the 14 day period they may only be charged for each activity attended.  Usage will be itemised to the customer and deducted from any refunded amount.
