WHAT DOES THE PROGRAMME INVOLVE (What happens during the class, what they do each week?)

The programme is structured for the kids to develop new BMX skills and have fun! The week will include a warm up to begin with, specific drills to develop skills and technique, fun games, race related practices and races.

 

WHAT SPECIFIC SKILLS WILL THE PARTICIPANT LEARN?

BMX Skills- Pedalling, Braking, Cornering, Positioning, Group Riding, Weight Shifting & Racing.

Social and Motor Skills – Co-ordination, Speed, Balance and Confidence

 

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF THE PROGRAMME?

Learn new BMX skills that will improve technique, meet new friends in a fun, safe environment

 

DO THEY NEED TO BRING ANY EQUIPMENT? IF SO, WHAT?

All equipment is provided

 

WHAT SHOULD THEY WEAR?

Long sleeves and long trousers. Bring waterproofs in case of rain or a spare change of clothes.

 

ANY ADDITIONAL RELEVANT INFORMATION?

The programme is for all abilities. Bring plenty of water/refillable bottle and also a packed lunch with snacks for during the day.

BMX Camp Daily Structure

Terms and Conditions

1. The Customer hereby agrees to ensure the child is suitably attired for the activities i.e. suitable running shoes, shorts or jogging bottoms, t-shirt.

2. The Customer will fill out a medical form / consent form prior to child participating.

3. All children must be toilet trained.

4. The Customer is aware that the other participants may have been in contact with peanuts and nuts.

5. Children must be currently in P1 – S6 to attend.

6. Children are prohibited to use mobile phones or devices during the camps.

7. All customers must provide a minimum of 1 weeks’ notice on all holiday programme bookings if you wish to cancel to receive a full refund.
