Friday & Saturday Night Project
The Friday and Saturday Night Projects provide a fun and safe environment for young people to socialise with friends, play a variety of sports and best of all, it is FREE of charge. Each week, we also run various sports competitions and challenges for the young people.
Every Friday & Saturday evening our centres are closed to the public and available for the young people in the community to to enjoy a range of sporting activities including football, dance, badminton, basketball and swimming!

Saturday Night Project
All you need to do is register and turn up on the night.
Children under 16 can also bring a parent/ guardian to complete a registration form on the night.
With the planned works at Tryst Sport Centre there will be a reduced capacity at the centre, in order to attend the Saturday night project each week participants are asked to contact firstname.lastname@example.org on a weekly basis to request a place at the project.
All venues run from 6.30pm - 9.30pm.
