Sound Bath Therapy

Experience deep relaxation in our sound bath sessions. You’ll lie down comfortably while vibrations from sound instruments create a calming, harmonious state—helping to clear stress and tension from the body and mind.

Mindfulness Session (Ravenscraig Only)

Learn simple but powerful breathing techniques to reduce stress, increase focus, and promote calm in everyday life.

Menopause Support

Open and informative discussions around menopause, covering key topics and offering a safe space for questions, shared experiences, and support.
