Ladies Only Session Health Suite: Wednesday 12pm – 2pm

Gym Opening Hours

Monday - Friday: 6am - 10pm

Saturday: 8am - 6pm

Sunday: 8am - 6pm

Sir Matt Busby Sports Complex will be moving to cashless venue from 03/01/2026, Our reception desk and our customer service team will not be able to accept cash payments from that date.  Customers can pay for all of our activities and products by card or through a phone wallet.  If you are making a booking with us and haven’t tried our convenient mobile app yet, you can search for Active NL on the app store or follow the link to get started.

Named after the iconic Scottish football talent, the Sir Matt Busby Sports Complex provides a full range of facilities to meet members health and fitness needs. The complex boasts a modern gym, multi-purpose sports hall, dance and spin studios, which host a varied number of health and fitness classes for all ages and abilities, from Junior Gym to Active Age.

Sir Matt's hosts a health suite, two swimming pools with a viewing gallery and a full-size 3G football pitch. The centre is also supported by a large car park which caters for visitors, even during busy periods.
