Fitness Classes - 31st March 2023

As of Friday 31^st March 2023, all group fitness classes will be relocated to our main hall until December 2023 due to our fitness studio being used for the NHS vaccination centre.

Our weekend classes will be relocated to Wishaw or Aquatec during this time as our main hall will be used for sports classes every weekend. We are working hard to keep the quality of the classes to the highest standard and reduce as much disruption as possible.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this move.

INDOOR ATHLETICS TRACK (Please call the centre to book a session)

Our impressive indoor athletics track is used for a number of local and national athletics events. With a throwing cage, long jump pit, and great sprint track, this really is a world-class facility for training. This superb indoor track provides athletes with a fantastic training venue throughout the year.
