Could you be the next Laura Muir or Josh Kerr?? We’re proud to offer young aspiring athletes the opportunity to develop skills and techniques such as running, jumping, throwing, agility, balance and co-ordination.

As they progress through the pathway, they will experience other skills and techniques such as sprint crouch starts, take-off and landing for jumping and changeover technique for relay races.

All these skills and techniques will be tailored to suit the specific age category and allow the participants to develop these at their own pace.

Classes Offered:

  • Teeny Tots (3-5 years)
  • Run, Jump and Throw (5-12 years)
  • Advanced Run, Jump and Throw (8yrs+)
