We are delighted to announce that Advent Abs is back.

Now that the summer BBQs and garden parties are over for another year, it's time to start thinking about getting ready for Christmas party season. 

Sign up to our 6 week Advent Abs package and with our help, you'll be looking and feeling your best just in time for the festivities. Running from 2nd November until 13th December.

Programme Details

  • Starts: 2 November
  • Ends: 13 December
  • 6 x 1-hour sessions
  • Only £80

Your place includes:

  •  Myzone Belt to keep (worth £140)
  • Exclusive Advent Abs Myzone Challenge through the Myzone app
  • Week 1 Tanita body composition analysis
  • Week 6 Tanita body composition analysis to track your progress and results

*Participant will select instructor each session via the app or through reception.

How much does it cost?

Members - £80

There will be 6x 1 hour sessions over a 6 week period. Multiple sessions can be used in the same week and all must be used by Sunday 13th December.

Each week you will book your session in via the Active NL app
