Sports Camps Terms & Conditions 

Clothing & Equipment 
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring participants arrive suitably dressed for activities (e.g. appropriate sports clothing and footwear). 

Medical & Consent Information 
All participants must have a completed medical/consent form prior to attending camp. NLC will not allow any child to participate without first receiving both completed forms. 

Sign In / Sign Out 
A parent/guardian or nominated responsible adult must sign their child in and out of camp each day. Details of the person collecting must be provided as part of the sign in process. 

Eligibility 
Participants must meet the stated age and eligibility requirements for each camp (generally P1–S2 unless otherwise specified). We reserve the right to refuse entry if a participant does not meet the required criteria. Refunds will not normally be provided in these cases, however this may be considered at our discretion in instances of genuine error. 

Additional Support Needs 
If a child has any additional support needs or requires intimate care, this must be discussed at the time of booking to allow for an appropriate risk assessment prior to confirmation.

Behaviour 
Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and co-operative manner at all times. Unacceptable behaviour may result in parents/guardians being contacted, and in serious or repeated cases, removal from the camp without refund. 

Mobile Phones & Personal Items 
Mobile phones, smart watches and other personal devices should not be brought to camp or used during camp hours. We cannot accept responsibility for the loss or damage of personal belongings. 

Health & Safety 
While all reasonable steps are taken to provide a safe environment, we cannot guarantee that participants have not been in contact with nuts or other allergens. 

Toileting 
Participants must be toilet trained. 

Cancellations & Refunds 
Cancellations made with more than 14 days’ notice will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the booking start date. Full week bookings cannot be partially cancelled or amended within 7 days of the start date. 

Liability

NLC, its employees and agents shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage or expense of any kind suffered by any club, participant, or third party arising out of or in connection with participation of the Sports Camp activities, however caused, save where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
