FIT FEST is back

 

Join us for our Summer FIT FEST in Broadwood on Saturday 16 August for an action-packed day of fitness classes, challenges, and more, all designed to inspire you to move, sweat, and have fun!

 

This time, alongside our popular fitness classes, we’re thrilled to introduce the very first HY-FIT Games.

 

Put your endurance and strength to the test in teams of four, tackling a series of functional exercises. Don’t worry if you don’t have a team we’ve got you covered! You can still sign up and we’ll match you with a team on the day. 

 

HY-FIT Games

Grab 3 friends (or sign up solo - we’ll match you!) and take on a team-based endurance and strength challenge featuring:

  • 8km Run (2km each)
  • 4km Row (1km each)
  • 4km Ski (1km each)
  • 800m Farmers Carry (200m each)
  • 400m Burpee Broad Jumps (100m each)
  • 400m Walking Lunges (100m each)

Each teammate tackles a portion - while one runs, others are grinding through burpees, ski, lunges & more. No standing around - just functional fitness fun!

Feel free to dip in and out of sessions as needed, and join our fitness community for a coffee on us during coffee club time, but why not book into all the sessions and give them a try? You can take a break, grab a coffee, and fuel up with some healthy snacks while you’re here. Plus, if you book into three classes or more, you'll be entered for a chance to win a membership and a goodie bag!
