Time Capsule Gym Refurbishment
We’re excited to share that the Time Capsule Gym will be undergoing a major refurbishment to bring you a brand new and improved fitness experience!
To make this happen, the gym will be closed for 4 weeks from Monday, 21 July.
Our gym refurbishment will see the installation of brand new cardio equipment, fixed resistance and primal plate loaded machines. Alongside this, we will also be creating exciting new strength and conditioning and functional spaces where you will see the introduction of a whole host of classes and workouts.
Lastly, we are excited to announce that we will also be creating our third hugely popular boutique fitness studio called Power. Power is a unique and exciting class that is created and monitored entirely by your heart rate. Classes such as Power Strength, Power Box and Power Max will all be introduced to the new studio at the Time Capsule.
If you would like to get a taste for what is to come in these classes, please book in to try at Wishaw Sports Centre or Ravenscraig Regional Sports Facility.
During our closure, we will also be taking the opportunity to give our studio space a refresh with painting and flooring works, alongside a host of new studio equipment – including brand new spin bikes.

Ice Skating Parties
We offer parties during our 12-1.30pm and 4-5.30pm Saturday sessions and 12-1.30pm on a Sunday.
Child price £6.85
Adult price £9.40
Prices per person include skate hire. Our regular admission policy applies (for more information contact main reception on 01236 812679).
Food for the party can be booked and provided by West Coast Burger co.
