Opening hours differ for each area, please check below for opening hours of our waterpark, 25m pool, health suite, gym, ice rink and soft play area.

CUSTOMER NOTICE

Please note that public skating sessions will not run on Monday 16 and Tuesday 17 February from 7:00am–4:30pm while we host an Ice Hockey Camp.

Thank you for your understanding.

All lockers within the Time capsule now operate with £1 coin or trolley token at the lock. This is used to activate the lock and is returned after use. Tokens can be purchased from reception.

CASHLESS VENUE

The Time Capsule will be moving to cashless venue from 09/03/2026. Our reception desk and our customer service team will not be able to accept cash payments from that date. Customers can pay for all of our activities and products by card or through a phone wallet. If you are making a booking with us and haven’t tried our convenient mobile app yet, you can search for Active NL on the app store or follow the link to get started.

Please only arrive for the Waterpark if you have booked and paid in advance as walk ins cannot be accommodated on the day.

Swim Zone Pool Timetable

The pool will close at 2.45pm and reopen at 4.15pm on the following dates for HOPE group as marked on timetable:
